This month’s journal is inspired by listening to some music as festival season is starting.

Festival culture is such a hub of creativity. Having worked at many festivals over the years, the people you meet, their talents, their passions, what you learn, what you exchange, the vibrancy, the freshness is exhilarating.

One of my favourite memories was sitting away from the crowd and watching tens of thousands people being in the moment with one another.

Not watching through their phone, just being present, knowing that they are part of something bigger.

Connectivity.

Community.

Tribe.
