Abundance

"Be kinder to yourself. And then let your kindness flood the world."
- Pema Chödrön

In the world which we live – the word abundance is primarily associated with wealth. However, if you put that association to one side and ask yourself the question ‘What do you believe to be abundant in your life?’

What would your answers be?

Time, joy, family, laughter, love?

Or would you struggle to find the abundance in and around you.

When I learnt to meditate, I started to let go of unhealthy behaviours, which I normalised and maintained through unconsciously trying to control my happiness or my perception of what I thought happiness was.

The stress released from my system allowed me to let go of expectations that weren’t sustainable, relevant or healthy. When this release occurred, life experiences had more flow and I felt joy, truth and abundance.

If you know you are missing out on present moment living – give meditation a chance to enable positive change and a happier and healthier lifestyle.
