Meditation. If you meditate it works.

Our FB live today was about why meditation is good for you, some of the benefits and why when something resonates it is important to pay attention.

As the title states, if you meditate it works, if you don’t it doesn’t.

The question how much stress, anxiety and the feeling of it ‘all being too much’, will you carry around, until you do some thing about it.

Meditation when practiced regularly begins the ongoing process of making the system (body and mind, they are not separate) well rested.

A well rested system opens the door to uncountable benefits. One of the many benefits is a greater sense of awareness and more appropriate choices and behaviour.

With greater awareness comes a finer level of feeling and sensing subtler layers. When you get a feeling or a sense of charm, when something resonates you, take action towards that happiness.

Regular practice of Vedic Meditation is one of the greatest gifts you will ever give yourself.
