The New Year is usually fuelled with fresh starts, brave beginnings and a desire for change.

There has been much hope attached to unrealistic promises over last year and those promises were never meant to be kept.

Changes in plan. Inconsistency. Expectations not met. Speculations abound.

Let this year be what has to be. Your relationship within this is up to you.

I will not patronise you with influencer-style falsity.

Go back to basics. Redefine your successes.

It will be challenging. Whatever this year brings …… remember to love.
