Autumn is upon is and the seasonal changes are something to put to you attention on.
After a glorious summer making the most of the longer days, drawing in alongside the shorter evenings, in my experience is a good thing.
Gentle beach walks, unctuous and nourishing foods, warmth and relaxation.
Take the opportunity when you can to nest more than usual as winter is very busy time and get the rest in where you can.
