Spring will soon turn to summer and we can enjoy the transition of the new and delicate into the vivacious and bold.
When we try something new. Step through the unknown doorway for adventure there will be change.
Staying in routine can be very comforting and safe, however an ever repeating pattern in life is unsustainable.
Nature’s way is change, to go where it is not. We are part of nature and if we resist charm, fight our intuition and refuse change – the friction can be uncomfortable.
This friction can form into anxiety, inappropriate responses to stress and depression.
Taking action into something new can feel daunting and meditation can help with that.
More rest, clearing thinking, clarity and knowing.
