I was set on writing something else for the August entry and then I saw the quote above.
Before meditation I found myself repeating the same mistakes over and over.
No matter how many times I told myself it will different next time – I never took the space and breath to gather more information.
My ego would ‘always’ know best and lo and behold… the circle of same began again.
Once I had got into the daily practice of meditation – I started to normalise better decision making rather than react to known habitual patterns – championing a new healthy outcome.
If something doesn’t feel right, no matter how chaotic change may seem – do something new, there is always space for new beginnings.
